General Questions
How long does it take for my clothes to be ready?
The laundry bag will be processed within one business day after arrival. For delivery, we try to fit it into the routes. We can always make an exception in consultation if needed. Of course, it is also possible to drop off or pick up the laundry bag yourself after a business day.
How can I make an appointment?
You can use the registration form for this. Existing customers can also send an email.
Same day service, is this possible?
Yes, this is possible. However, additional costs apply because we need to schedule an extra trip. This is always subject to consultation.
Mixed and sorted laundry.
With mixed laundry, your clothes are washed together regardless of colors or materials. When we talk about sorted laundry, you can sort the clothes by color and/or washing temperature. Due to color fading, we recommend choosing "sorted laundry" when delivering colored and white clothes.
Can I provide different types of laundry to be washed together?
Yes, this is possible. However, items that need ironing, such as shirts, will be charged per piece.
At what temperature do you wash?
We normally wash at a low temperature. If desired, you can separate the laundry so it can be washed at a higher temperature. You can then choose sorted washing.
Subscriptions
Are the prices including or excluding VAT?
Depending on the type of customer, the prices are listed on the website. For private customers, the prices include VAT.
What are the costs of your services?
Depending on the service you want to use, there are different prices. For businesses and private we have fixed subscriptions.
How do I pay?
You will receive an invoice from us by email. For subscriptions, we will collect the fees, or you can pay the invoice via iDeal.
When does my subscription start?
Your subscription starts on the day we visit you for the first time. We invoice every 4 weeks.
What is my cancellation period?
The subscription period is initially 3 months. If you want to cancel afterwards, you have a notice period of 1 month.
Pickup & Delivery
Is my laundry washed together with others'?
No, the laundry is processed per wash bag.
How does the pickup and delivery service work?
To serve you as best as possible, we offer a pickup and delivery service for your laundry. In consultation, we will collect the laundry bag from you and deliver it back on the agreed day. With a subscription, there is a fixed schedule that we follow for exchanging the laundry bag. To run our routes as efficiently as possible, we have different routes on these page there is an overview of the fixed routes.
Can I also drop off and pick up myself?
You can drop off and pick up your laundry bag yourself, even outside office hours. We have a service room that you can open yourself using caller ID. This is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
What if I am not home during delivery?
If we come to pick up or deliver your laundry at the agreed time and you are not home without prior notice, we unfortunately have to charge you for the costs. We charge 12 euros for an additional delivery.
What should I use to deliver my laundry?
When we pick up your laundry, we bring a laundry bag that you can use to put your laundry in.
How do I know if you are on your way?
You will receive a text message when our driver is on the way to you. Please keep in mind that we may arrive up to half an hour earlier or later.
I have made an appointment. What happens next?
Our delivery service will pick up your laundry on the agreed day and time. We may contact you if there is a change to the date or time you selected. Please make sure to provide your laundry free of any items.
Do you operate on public holidays?
On holidays, we will carry out the evening routes as much as possible according to schedule. The morning route will be moved by one day.
