How much does it cost?

We work with transparent prices per bag or by subscription. Exact rates depend on the type of laundry and frequency. Via 'Sign up' you'll see straight away what fits — no hidden costs.

How quickly is my laundry back?

Usually within a week — in most municipalities you get your laundry back on the next regular pickup day. With a subscription this just keeps running, without you having to do anything.

Do I need to schedule an appointment?

No. As soon as you're a customer you're in a set route with a set day. You never need to schedule it yourself. Occasional extras? Just let the driver know or do it via your account.

What if I'm not home for delivery?

We deliver to an agreed spot (e.g. next to the door or with the neighbours). For a second delivery attempt we charge €12 extra — we'd rather avoid that by agreeing on a fixed spot together.
